CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any adjustments to it. This would include canceling the order, re-ordering with the adjustments by the customers.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP? We can ship to pretty much everywhere! For Hong Kong customers we offer free shipping upon certain amount of purchase, while Chinese and International customers are required to pay for shipping. For more information, please check Shipping Policy.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH? If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service teamhere.
MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived within 3 days of the delivery date, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We are unable to file a claim for customers.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED? Unfortunately, we cannot accept purchased items for hygienic concerns under this pandemic.
